About WeTheChange
WeTheChange is a group of women* CEOs of Certified B Corporations and other purpose-driven organizations brought together by a collaborative declaration.
We are a community spanning a broad spectrum of gender identities, including cis-gender, transgender, non-binary, and gender non-conforming leaders in business. We acknowledge intersectionality and the reality that we need to change systems and structures that marginalize certain identities.
Founded in 2019, purpose-driven leaders gathered together to advance women's leadership, prosperity, and well-being. We're making big moves to grow our businesses and sustainable practices and innovations.
Our Members
We are stronger together when we lift each other up, help each other out, and put our collective energy toward some of the biggest issues that impact women in business leadership. Join us to find meaningful connections with other women, non-binary, and gender non-conforming leaders in business and contribute to our advocacy efforts.

Changing systems requires work and resources from many angles. Male allies have been an important part of our work since we started and have helped us grow to where we are and are an intentional part of our membership program.
