We ask all WeTheChange members to commit to the following three actions, and we welcome additional signatories.  

We pledge to:

  1. Never ask for a salary history on a job application or in an interview.
  2. Always post a salary range or hourly rate for any posted job opening.
  3. Take steps to understand pay inequality in our business through a pay equity analysis.
