WeTheChange was founded by women* B Corp CEOs with a goal to make business a more just, inclusive, and sustainable force in the world. We created and signed a pledge to hold ourselves accountable to these ambitious goals. No matter who you are or how you identify, you can join us in taking real action for change.

WeTheChange members are bold leaders dedicated to using business as a vehicle for change. By becoming a member, you can shape and engage in our advocacy work to drive collective impact.
2. Invest in Women*
We are currently raising startup capital for the Signatory Investment Fund, a pilot loan fund for our members that responds to the persistent capital gap for women-owned businesses and demonstrated needs within our community.
Filling the capital gap for current and future WeTheChange members will mean more good jobs created, more positive impact on communities and the environment, and more resilient businesses.

Join our collective action campaigns on critical and culture-changing issues.

WeTheChange is a volunteer-led organization with part-time staff, working to build a regenerative economy — better for the planet, better for workers, and better for all people.
